These terms explain how our website may be used and what to expect when you hire us for interior, carpentry and fit-out work. By browsing this website or confirming a project with us, you agree to them.
In short: the website is for information, every project gets a written quotation, and we agree on the details together before work starts.
Using this website
This website is provided for general information about our services and past work. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. Please do not copy or republish content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use our forms and numbers to send spam.
Quotations, payments & changes
Prices and images shown on the website are indicative. A binding order is created only when we confirm a written quotation after a site visit, listing the scope, materials, finish and timeline. Payment stages and installation dates are agreed with you before work begins. Changes to design, materials or measurements after production starts may affect the price and date, and will be confirmed in writing first.
Materials, site & workmanship
Wood is a natural material, so grain, shade and texture vary — such variation is not a defect. You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area; limited access or other trades may affect the timeline. Manufacturing or fitting faults within the warranty period stated in your agreement will be repaired by us, but normal wear, water or sun damage and misuse are not covered.
Intellectual property & liability
All designs, text, photos and videos on this website belong to Royal Style Interiors and may not be reused without our written consent. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
